| Peak Physique Classes and Services Descriptions Class Overview: Below is a description of all the group classes we will be offering at Peak Physique. We let you know exactly what to expect in each class, and even who it might be best suited for. Most classes can be done by almost anyone, as a most of the programs allow you to work at the right pace for YOU. If I’m doing pushups at twice the pace of someone next to me, it really doesn’t matter as long as we are both pushing ourselves to our own respective potential. Everyone is Welcome. What sets our classes apart, is that all of our instructors were hand picked, as the very best in the area, and even the country. Our instructors aren’t there to just get their workout in with a group of strangers, we are part of the TEAM. In our classes you will actually learn something about fitness, health, and nutrition, it is called a class right. Our instructors will lead by example, but also guide the individuals to get the most safe, fun, and effective workout possible. Most of all is our dedication to member results through leadership, education, interaction, and MOTIVATION. We are all in this Journey together. Kettlebell Revolution Step outside the box and join the REVOLUTION!!! Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced- Men, Women, Teens, Advanced Youth, Advanced Seniors This is an ancient, yet futuristic approach to training. Forget everything you think you know about intense exercise. The Russian Kettlebell, also know as a Cannonball with a handle, is one of the single most effective workout tools available. Nowhere else can you find strength, power, cardiovascular/ cardio respiratory conditioning, muscular endurance, balance, stabilization, core work, flexibility, and range of motion, all in one place. It is said if you are overweight, kettle bells will help you lose weight, and if you are skinny, it will help you get bigger. Now this is a bold and powerful statement, but the Kettlebell Revolution must truly be experienced for yourself, to understand the never ending benefits of this alternative, yet mandatory format of training. Kettlebell movements are based around explosive movements, using your entire body as one fine molded, cohesive unit., to complete the daunting task of moving and harnessing the power of the almighty Kettlebell. Krazy Kettlebells Exit your comfort zone from traditional exercise, and shock your body. Intermediate, Advanced- Men, Women, Advanced Teens, Very Advanced Seniors Your body is a well oiled machine, and Peak Physique’s Krazy Kettlebell Program will force you to engage every muscle in that machine, to work together as a team, in order to harness the Krazy Kettlebell. This class is a step forward from the Kettlebell Revolution, as it takes all the movements a step, or even a leap farther. There might be more lateral movements, more explosive, more plyometrics, more complex combinations….sure sounds Krazy to me. Any true Athlete, or exercise enthusiast, needs to be training with Russian Kettlebells in this manner, or they are cutting that machine short, and failing to get that performance edge on the competition. Now Let’s Get KRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Boxing/ Kickboxing This sure isn’t your typical cardio kickbox “Aerobics” class. Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced- Men, Women, Teens, Youth, Seniors Even if you never plan on getting in a fight, we will train just as intense and technical as if you had a World Championship bout coming up. This class will cover basic to advanced, punches, kicks, knees, elbows, as well as simple to complex combinations involving all forms of strikes. Technique is strongly stressed in offensive, defensive, countering, body movements, and footwork. We WILL NOT let you just go out there flailing your arms and legs around. It is useless to train without stressing technique, and technique will work the muscles the right way, decreasing risk of injury, leading to far greater results. This class will make use of heavy bags, free standing bags, double end bags, focus punch mitts, kicking targets, jump ropes, partner drills, and various other Boxing related training tools and techniques. Even if you don’t consider yourself “boxing material”, don’t worry, there is that internal warrior in us all. The impact of your strikes will increase your fitness level, self confidence, and decrease your stress levels. Just picture your boss, or the person of your choice on that target, and you wont believe how beneficial and exhilarating Boxing can actually be. Our Boxing/ Kickboxing Programs work on all energy systems, anaerobic, and aerobic, strengthening your muscles, abs, and especially heart and lungs. Even if you have never thrown a punch in your life, we will lead you to the technique of a pro, creating an exciting, hardcore, workout experience. No Experience Necessary. Peak Physique Marine Corps Bootcamp Challenge Everyone offers a Generic Bootcamp class, but they don’t know what real Bootcamp means. Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced- Women, Men, Teens, Intermediate/ Advanced Seniors The majority of our Marine Corps Bootcamp Challenge classes are taught by actual Marines. We will show you the real meaning of Bootcamp, not some cookie cutter, bubble gum civilian version. Our Drill Instructors have been there and done that, in actual real world training, and will pass the knowledge, challenge, discipline, and fun, on to you. This intense challenge is great for everyone as there will always be variations of every movement, demonstrated for recruits of all ranks. After surviving this course, the rest of your day will be easy and stress free. Peak Physique’s Marine Corps Bootcamp will challenge you physically and mentally, showing what you are made of, preparing you for the fiercest battle of all, everyday life. MMA Conditioning/ Fit 2 Fight This is for those warriors that are combat athletes...MMA, Jiu-jitsu, wrestlers, kickboxers etc., or just anyone that admires the conditioning of a fighter, and would like to train like one. We will get you mentally and physically prepared for any combat sport competition, Peak Physique style. The level of strength and conditioning you will gain from this class, it will almost be like you're cheating once you step into the ring or cage. We are talking stronger punches, faster kicks, crushing grip, unbelievable explosiveness, and several other attributes of combat athletes. We have several types of alternative training methods for this rare species of athlete. Grappling dummies, Sledgehammers, tires, rings, sandbags, medicine balls, are just some of the tools of the trade. We WILL put a fighter through a metamorphosis, creating a superior athlete and fighter. We won't teach you to fight, we will teach you to fight harder. It’s Time To Step Up Your Game. Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced- Men, Women, Teens, Children, Sport Specific- Speed and Agility. This intense, fast paced training will elevate your game, no matter what your sport is, Baseball, Football, Basketball, Hockey, Soccer, Tennis, Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, we’ll even help you improve you ping pong game if that’s your style. This course focuses on some of the finer points of training with the use of agility ladders, agility poles, agility cones, rings, resistance tubes, resistance bands, resistance belts, resistance vests, power/pushing sleds, wrist and ankle weights, along with many other specialized training tools. Peak Physique Plyometrics will work on Jumps, leaps, bounds, sprints, explosive movements, lateral and multi directional movements, upper and lower, trunk, hip, and core, rotation, stabilization, and range of motion. If you are a competitive athlete, or just looking to step up your game, this is the way to go. Bosu Blast Forget about the step classes of the 90’s, and challenge yourself by having a Blast on the Bosu Ball Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced- Women, Men, Teens, Very advanced Seniors Picture a step choreography class, but this time on a responsive dome of air, rather than just the same old boring step platform. This class will be twice as much fun, half the impact, and a more complete sense of exercise, than even the most intense cardio classes. The unstable top will challenge your body and recruit even the smallest muscles, to achieve balance, stabilization, range of motion, and flow of movement. Bosu Balance and CORE-dination Step off of solid ground, and step onto the Dome Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced- Women, Men, Teens, Youth, Advanced Seniors Balance, Stability, Mobility, Flexibility, that’s the name of the game here. This dynamic class offers Intervals, Circuits, Core training, strength training, and of course, CORE-dination. You will learn to increase intensity with progression, building yourself to a Bosu Ball “PRO”. Balls, Bands, and Balance The Killer B’s for obtaining you Peak Physique Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced- Women, Men, Teens, Youth, Seniors Get on the ball and work on your core stability, balance, joint mobility, and flexibility. This exceptionally designed program will simultaneously tone your body, upper, lower, and core. This low impact class will offer a wide variety of various combinations of stability balls, resistance tubes, resistance bands, medicine balls, light free weights and bodybars, and most important of all, your own bodyweight. There will always be demonstrations for exercisers of all levels, so just get on the ball, and have some fun. Peak Physique Partners Program B.Y.O.P. - Bring Your Own Partner….because it’s so much easier to make it to your workouts with the support of your partner. Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced- Men, Women, Teens, Youth, Seniors Bring your Mother, your Father, your Brother, your Sister, your Husband, your Wife, your friend, your neighbor, your Co-worker, your boss…..it doesn’ t matter who you bring, just bring a partner. The entire program revolves around working with your partner in a wide variety of interactive and challenging drills, working on strength, endurance, core, balance, agility, and coordination. This is a great opportunity to spend quality time with your friends and family, having fun together while supporting each other through an excellent workout. Peak Physique Pregnancy Program As your belly grows, as your baby grows, so does fitness level Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced- First, Second, Third Trimester The Instructor will guide you through safe and effective exercise to maintain and even increase your strength, endurance, and all aspects of health and wellness. You will learn to improve your balance, stability, and coordination as you adapt to all your physiological changes throughout all stages of your pregnancy. This instructional class is just as much about education, as it is application. The instructor will demonstrate appropriate functional exercises with variations for each trimester. Peak Physique Professionally Fit Lunch Program Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced- Men, Women, Seniors Take your lunch break and change your routine, get away from the office and reenergize yourself during this 30-45 minute workout. This class is especially made for those who need that second wind of energy during the work day to enhance your fitness performance, but most important, your work performance, to help you get through the rest of the day. This program will boost office morale, so don’t hesitate to bring your co-workers, or even your boss, to increase teamwork, support, and overall office cohesion. Fitness Shakeup Challenge Basic, Intermediate, Advanced- Men, Women, Teens, This class cant be explained, because every class will be something completely different. Different intensity, Different instructor, different equipment…..Completely different class. The real challenge here comes from the element of the unknown. Sometimes its easy to mentally prepare yourself for exercise when you know exactly what to expect, but it’s the unexpected that will really challenge you. The class might be similar to any of the other classes available, or a combination of a few, or sometimes something totally unique. Of course as usual, there will be modifications demonstrated to suit all fitness levels. The goal here is to expand your exercise arsenal, and tackle a new challenge that you ordinarily might not have given a try. Hey, you never know, you might be introduced to something new that you will embrace and incorporate into your own schedule of classes and personal workout routine. Personal Training One on One, Partners, Small Groups- All Fitness Levels When it comes to our Trainers’ Service and Dedication, Competition is None Our service and impact goes far beyond our one hour session per day. We have hand picked some of the best fitness professionals from the area, and even the country. Our main Fitness room is dedicated to one on one Personal Training. It is a large open area, but broken down into different segments, appealing to everyone. There is a section with all the resistance training machines. We have top quality, highly versatile machines that work every muscle group, in several different ways. Then there is the free weight area, where you have your usual plate loaded barbells for compound movements, dumbells ranging from 5-120 pounds, fixed straight bars ranging from 20-120 pounds. There is a matted exercise area where you will find tons of tools including a full range of resistance tubes and bands, hard and soft medicine balls ranging from 2-20 pounds, weighted bodybars ranging from 9-24 pounds. We also have a full line of functional balance and stabilization equipment including Bosu Balls, Stability Balls, balance boards, balance discs, Reebok Core Boards, and CorDiscs. Then there is the Hardcore training area in the back where we have a full range of Kettlebells from 5-80 pounds, Pullup/ dip stations, pullup rings, Sledge Hammer stations, small to large tire flip stations, hanging heavy bags, free standing heavy bags, weighted vests, ankle and wrist weights, resistance belts, full line of speed and agility equipment including agility ladders, poles, cones, rings, hurdles, plyometric platforms and several other unique and unconventional stations and tools of the game In Home Personal Training No Excuses, We (Still) Come To You In Home Personal Training is what Peak Physique was built on for the last 8 years, and we don’t plan on discontinuing this valuable service anytime soon. We offer In Home Personal Training for one on one, partners, even small groups. Our trainers will come right to your home with everything they need for the workout. If you have some equipment of your own, its always a welcome edition, but its not a necessity, we’ve got you covered, as we bring EVERYTHING……dumbells, barbells, multi-position bench, curl bar, stability ball, medicine balls, Bosu ball, balance equipment, resistance bands and tubes, step/ plyo platform, mini stepper, full range of Boxing/ Kickboxing equipment, and much more. We obviously don’t need to bring all this in every time, just the necessary pieces for the exercise design for that specific day Whether in our Studio, In Home, or Outdoors, when it comes to your fitness needs, Peak Physique has all the bases covered. |

| Here is the daily schedule of classes and services that we provide. The schedule will be constantly changing and evolving to fit our members' needs. Let us know what days and times you would prefer your favorite classes, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Wherever there is an open slot on the schedule, you can schedule any class with the instructor of your choice, for your own private group, at your preferred time. Just pick any of the classes listed below, find a time that will work for your own private group, and we will design a class specifically for your group. We will also be setting up groups for semi-private personal training, where we will match you up with up to 3 other people, which will drastically reduce the cost of personal training. Some of the classes on the class description list, are not on the regular schedule yet, but will be added in the near future. NO EXCUSES |
